Take your coffee maker and blender outside for morning smoothies and coffee. Feel free to leave any small appliances outside where they are available for you to use.

If you prefer to have someone else do the cooking for you, Prudi, you housekeeper, is a great cook. She can prepare breakfasts, lunches or dinners as well as light snacks. Just let us know if you want to add this service, or you can even decide once you arrive. (surcharge)

Villa Josefina has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, an additional queen bedroom studio with bath and kitchenette, can be added for a 4th bedroom/bath at an additional charge. Features of the home include a master king suite on the 2nd level with large marble bathroom, outdoor shower and private outdoor terrace, the jr. suite has a king size bed and en-suite bath w shower, the star-fish room is the 3rd bedroom w king size bed and unattached bath with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the open floor plan includes kitchen, dining area and living room. The property has 2 outdoor showers, one outside of the master suite, and one near the pool. The large pool provides a perfect hang out to cool off and enjoy time with family and friends.

Included in your stay is maid service 6 days a week (except Sundays), all linens and pool/beach towels, free purified water, free WIFI, Smart WIFI enabled TV in living room, AC in every room, and free parking. The parking area has charging available for electric golf carts with a surcharge, please inquire.

* For extra space an additional guest house located at the entrance to the property called Casita Sofia is available for up to 2 guests for an additional charge. If you book for up to 6 guests the casita is not included, if you book for 7-8 guests a discounted surcharge is automatically added and the guest house is included in your stay. Casita Sofia is perfect for groups with teenage children or a 4th couple wanting more privacy to be 'together yet apart in separate spaces". The casita has a queen size bed, full kitchenette, cable SKYTV, free WIFI a granite breakfast bar and bath with shower and is fully air-conditioned.

In cooler weather, for an additional charge, Villa Josefina's pool can be heated. This is a rare amenity in our area at private homes. This assures you can enjoy the pool year-round. Even though our days are normally 80 degrees, pools can still be chilly in the Fall/Winter and the heater insures your comfort and fun!
