"We were very impressed that the property is currently undergoing renovation. The third floor we stayed on was completely remodeled. A minor criticism concerned the shower pressure. Although the shower head appeared to be brand new, it did not deliver a stronger water pressure. Also, the toilet tissue seemed to fall apart when wet. Other than that, no suggestions for improvement. "

I was given a Gatorade for the inconvenience. Knock at the door at 10:50 pm by "housekeeping" (it was the barkeep). They opened the door before I could get to the door. They said it was to see if the room was occupied Had to ask for more towels. Never delivered. Room had soap and lotion but no shampoo or...

"This Holiday Inn thought of everything that was needed in the room to make every moment a comfortable stay. Whether it was the roomy bathroom; the 'on the wall' mirror; the full-length mirror; the 'real' iron and ironing board; the cared for rug on the floor; the wonderful mattress; and the overall design of the room; everything was 'just right'. Every person on the staff was professional, friendly and accommodated every need that I had."
