The lobby and hallways were very warm, and it would have been much more comfortable if the air conditioning had been on. The breakfast was my biggest disappointment. Too tired to complain…Next morning, shower diverter didn’t work properly so most water came out tub spout. No soap, the body wash dispenser was completely empty! At breakfast area, was surprised to find no complimentary breakfast like most Holiday Inns but oh well, guess I didn’t read property description so I’ll buy something at the bistro counter. "This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. "While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable.
