"Very clean, very quiet and well located. In addition, the room rates were also quite reasonable given the the current economic climate. About the only drawback, if you’re inclined, is that the workout room is not terribly well equipped."

"I would have been better if they had an elevator. We had to make several trips in and out as we were on the 2nd floor so we couldn't use a cart to help"

"Such a nice place to stay - especially if you’re biking! They have place to clean and store bikes. The location is right on trail. The terrace overlooking the river made for a lovely breakfast spot. Staff were exceptionally helpful!"

"Staff was helpful. There was a little league baseball team there and the kids were running all over while parents drank beers and played cards in the lobby. The staff were the ones telling the kids to stop running around. Felt bad for staff! When they checked out it was so much nicer."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose this property because it was the only traditional hotel within walking distance of an event we were attending (Franklin Blues and BBQ Festival) so the rates were probably higher than normal. Our biggest complaint was the free hot breakfast. All 3 mornings were the same. Tasteless sausage patties and scrambled eggs. A handful of high carb offerings. Weak coffee and rock hard butter. The problem with Franklin is there are no restaurants "downtown"...

"Everything was wonderful - friendly helpful staff and great breakfast - the only downside was we unfortunately weren't able to use the pool due to a broken heater it was a cool 68° and too cold to enjoy. Other than that, great 1-night stay!"
