"A hidden gem. This was a former Hampton Inn but it was just as good as any big name hotel. Rooms were clean and everything was working. Comfortable beds and lots of parking. Excellent gym."

My only complaint was thet we couldn’t get our room to cool down to our liking, it never got below 69. This location is quite convenient to the PennaPike and to the Flight 93 Memorial. "

"I booked this stay for my birthday. From the moment I walked in I could tell this was much different from the Cobblestone on the bayfront in Erie. The breakfast space was included in the check in space. Super small. Pool was not at all like it is pictured. There was brown stuff floating around my jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was a mess. "This was my worst hotel experience ever and I've stayed in numerous Holiday Inn Express locations. Upon check in I was told I had to cancel my reservation made through Expedia and pay the hotel more than double what I had paid to use the airport shuttle and parking lot. When I explained that it stated on my reservation that the shuttle was included and parking was listed as available. The man at the front desk was rude and dismissive telling me to cancel my reservation for $130 and pay over $295...

"The night that we checked in the front desk was questioning what I wanted to book. After explaining that is what we want she still tried to question it. The following morning when I was trying to check out (530am as we had a drive) I waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Knocked on all the staff doors, called the front desk repeatedly and still no on. No where to put my room keys for a drop box. "The breakfast started closing down at 9:30 when it should have been open until 10. The room was supposed to be smoke free however the room reaked of stake cigarette smoke. Hallway and elevator smelled like someone just smoked some pot."
