The wallpaper was coming off and the sink faucet leaked where it connected to the countertop. The staff was nice and helpful and I felt safe."

Long distance so that is why I asked to be by the elevator. The room they changed us to, was down by the middle of the hall. Very disappointed with the hotel. "
