"We were very impressed that the property is currently undergoing renovation. The third floor we stayed on was completely remodeled. A minor criticism concerned the shower pressure. Although the shower head appeared to be brand new, it did not deliver a stronger water pressure. Also, the toilet tissue seemed to fall apart when wet. Other than that, no suggestions for improvement. "

"Overall the hotel was clean and the people were fabulous. The hotel is somewhat dated and was having many issues I think that were due to recent heavy rains. I saw multiple buckets catching dripping water, and an entire hall was blocked off with an industrial fan blowing."

"Nicole checked us in and she was amazing! Best service we have had in our 3 weeks here so far. In fact, all the staff were so super friendly and helpful that we were actually shocked. Definitely lived up to the excellent reviews online. Only stayed overnight so didn’t manage to explore the gardens or use the amenities but it all looked great! Ka pai from NZ guests. "

"O hotel foi visto utilizado como pernoite em uma viagem e para este fim funcionou muito bem. É situado em uma cidade pequena e com pouco recursos. Ficamos neste hotel na ida e na volta. No retorno ficamos no último andar, onde o chuveiro possui pouca pressão de água. O café da manhã no domingo estava satisfatório."

"Terrible - we already cancelled return visit. Website says breakfast included - the lady at the desk said that’s no longer the case. Room dirty and in disrepair. No in roomcoffee. No towels or enough toilet paper. The pictures on website are not even close to the room. We already canceled reservation for return trip and found a different place."
