"Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good pressure, lol! Very clean. Breakfast was a good continental. Muffins, bagels, some microwaveable frozen items, wafflemaker, etc. Fruit - all fresh and not stale or overripe."

"Equipe muito atenciosa de Front Desk e Manutencão. Resolveram prontamente as demandas que precisávamos. Quarto, camas e banheiro em bom estado com tudo funcionando bem. Café da manhã de boa qualidade e variado. Ótima localização em Boone, próximo a as lojas, restaurantes, postos de gasolina, supermercados, etc."
"My husband & I have gone to Cherokee the last 5 years for our Anniversary. We decided to stay at a different property this time & we were so glad we did. We discovered a whole new part of Cherokee that we didn’t know about. The property was very nice. Our room was great, clean & most importantly our AC worked perfectly. The pool was clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely be staying there on our trips to Cherokee from now on. "
"Originally couldn't make my Saturday night reservation due to circumstances beyond my control but the staff graciously (and without hesitation) changing it to the night after, even though this was a fully paid reservation and they didn't have to do so. My son ended up staying and he loved it! Thanks BMI for being so understanding and gracious! It helped the stressful weekend be much less so!"
"Great family vacation! The grandkids loved the hotel and location. There is so much to do in the area and the kids favorite day was the hotel day. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a longer stay. We have been multiple times over the past 5 years and will be planning our next trip soon. "
"6 mins from NOC where we were going White water rafting. There are no elevators and all rooms are on second floor so you have to be able to navigate stairs. We got there later than planned and directions for late check in were clear and easy! They texted us later to make sure we fot in ok"

"Booked this place due to its good reviews and 3 things disappointed me:
1. Quality of the bed. I woke up multiple times because the bed would make noises at any movement
2. Shower with very little water
3. Cleanness of the bathroom. Could be improved"

"Atendimento do check-in e check-out é rápido, frequentado por boas pessoas e famílias, atendentes simáticos. Café da manhã deixa a desejar (embora seja o melhor que já tive até o momento), a panqueca é bem boa, todos os itens são de papel ou plástico. A academia precisava de mais equipamentos."
