"Very nice property for a visit! My wife and I often visit Asheville, and this property hit right in the center of "what's happenin'". It was very nice having wake-up options on the first floor. Walking distance to everything - restaurants, micro-breweries, ice cream, Woolworth walk (local artists). We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The owners and reps were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you!"

"The condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to relax in between waterfall hikes, swimming, paddle boarding, watching fireworks, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the porches on both sides of the condo and appreciated the close proximity to the lake. The hosts were very attentive and made everything easy for us. It was a lovely vacation. Thanks!"

"We rented this condo during the week, so the price was beyond reasonable. The unit is huge, spotless, and has two great balconies. We walked downtown every day. The street noise could get a bit loud, it didn't really bother us but may consider investing in fans/sound makers for lighter sleepers. The TV was also very slow and didn't work at times, however since we didn't watch it often, we never brought this up to the host. Highly recommend this condo and we hope to be back some day soon! "The area was pretty run down but I think it may have been due to recent hurricane. The property was walkable to downtown but had to drive quite a distance for any hiking. "
