"It was a beautiful location! The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. The room we had looked out over the falls...the sound was heavenly! The accommodation was well stocked, spacious, clean and recently renovated. Patio games, fire pits, grills, and Roku tv were available for entertainment. "Very pretty place to relax and get away. They are very friendly and welcoming staff the room was very clean and bathroom as well( this is very important for me) the room smelled very nice when we entered it was self check in very easy we liked that.The back view of our room was pretty. The restaurant they have very nice food and friendly staff. Very close to Helen that was nice. Overall our stay was amazing "

"O hotel é muito confortável, limpo e bem cuidado. Fomos bem atendidos, mas pensei que a piscina fosse mais quente e que tivesse uma sauna. Na verdade a área da piscina é termicamente controlada, o que não necessáriamente faz do lugar o mais desejável possível. Aluguei esse hotel por causa da área de lazer. Entrei e fiquei 10 minutos na piscina. Nada demais. Fora isso o hotel é muito confortável, limpo e tem um café da manhã razoável."
"We stayed 3 nights and it was Amazing. The hotel front desk peeps were extremely friendly. The rooms were updated and clean. I loved that it was in walking distance to everything (downtown Helen, shopping, dining, site seeing). We will definitely be coming back. "

"Too bad we didn´t manage to use our reservation. Our kid tested positive to Covid on the morning before the check in day, so in respect to others we did not go and lost the whole reservation. We contacted the hotel and they said that nothing that they could do about it.. Too bad.."
