"Warm and helpful reception and the front desk and our luggage assistant Caleb was so helpful and knowledgable about the property.
Clean, quiet and wonderfully comfortable. Quality in-room coffee, quiet HVAC, nice unscented toiletries and much welcomed natural light with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountains. The little pilot teddy bears are such a sweet touch.
Friendly and swift team and the coffee spot downstairs with truly fresh squeezed orange juice! Fun yard game set ups...

The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. "
"Super Nice stay, very big and clean rooms, awesome bathrooms, very nice restaurant with amazing view, big parking lot for self parking but also free valet, staff is super friendly. If you have a room with garden you have wild deer and rabbits on the lawn in the morning. Absolutely nice hotel"

"Very family friendly! Great pool and free snacks, drinks, and breakfast which makes you feel like you are getting more for your money. Staff is always helpful and courteous. Love the location and dining options. A great place to stay! "

"Staff were very friendly, and room was nicely done. Bed was comfortable and I liked the amenities. Only negative was that the shower needed to be cleaned better."
