I accidentally left my rings in a locker after visiting the spa and both the spa staff and front desk attendant, Cole, made sure I got them back. The spa services were amazing (shout out Joshua,) and the amenities are fantastic. It’s a little far from town but the club steakhouse was excellent."

"A specifically pick the place because it had a hot tub and of course, when I get there, I find out the hot tub is out of order, and the overall vibe of the place is kind of grungy. But the staff were very nice and was even willing to give me my money back if I wanted to change hotels, but I wasn’t here long enough to waste time trying to find another hotel so I dealt with it"
