"Our stay was fantastic and I would love to come back. The staff is exceptional. I accidentally left my rings in a locker after visiting the spa and both the spa staff and front desk attendant, Cole, made sure I got them back. The spa services were amazing (shout out Joshua,) and the amenities are fantastic. It’s a little far from town but the club steakhouse was excellent."

"We booked a two night stay and ended up checking in at 3pm and the bed was so hard we woke up at 1:30 a.m. and left. We ended up hitting the road at 2:30 am and driving back home. Paid for a two night stay and did not even sleep through the night. This was the worst stay we have experienced at a hotel in years. We are very easy to please, but the bed was terrible!!!!!!!!!!! Hard, sunk in, and you could tell it had not been replaced in a very long time. Will never stay here again. "

"We were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely our stay was. The staff were friendly and abundant, always trying to be helpful. Seriously, everyone was so nice! There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late.
