As we don’t like to eat every meal out, having the grill, mini fridge, and microwave was a huge help. We also greatly enjoyed the hot tub and used it everyday. The lot size was smaller than anticipated but still enjoyable."

"This was just perfect for my Academy Reunion stay! A little treacherous getting there in the dark, but the owner's instructions were right on! Location VERY convenient to all Academy events. Place was cozy and just what I needed. Property was beautiful and I even hiked right from the front door and climbed the hoodoos...highly recommend!! Gorgeous view from up there! One suggestion would be to have a small supply of paper plates/cups/untensils on hand for guest use. There were only a couple and...
