"I liked that there were 2 sinks- one in bathroom and one outside bathroom. However, outside sink area was very dark because of two small lights that were dim. This made it difficult to put on makeup. The 2 queen size beds were uncomfortable because they were very soft. Probably needing to be replaced. The tv was very small. In this day and age, larger tvs are very inexpensive and that should be replaced. Staff at front desk and breakfast area were nice. Breakfast was good."

"We had a 2-bedroom suite and it worked out very well. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The common room was spacious with an actual table to sit at and play cards. Had a full sized fridge and there was a sink as well."

"Looks like they started renovating the room and stopped in the middle. Room was missing pictures.. there wasn't a couch in the king suite but there were 2 refrigerators. No outlets next to the on one side of the bed. The plugs on the other side of the bed were so worn out they wouldn't hold a phone cord. It would fall out. Could be an amazing room with a little work. Hot water was great! Room was clean."

"A gem of a place. A boutique hotel minus the pretentiousness. Lovely staff, gorgeous grounds, clean and well decorated. The AC had to do overtime as it was a warm couple of days but it kept the room warm enough. The continental breakfast is generous and can be eaten indoors or outdoors. The location is perfect. Close to the piazza with excellent restaurants within a minute of walking. The Larix is our favorite place in Kimberley."

"We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and parking was convenient. Overall, the property was well-kept and offered great value for the stay. "The property was nice! Breakfast was good. Although ends to early, I feel they weren't prepared for the influx of people with the hotel being sold out. There were multiple sports teams at all the hotels this weekend. There was also a huge conference. It promptly was over at 9 and people were waiting for food that was already gone at 830. ( I feel the staff did the best they could ) but especially in those events where they know hey it's a very busy time we should prepare. The amenities were...
