"Office not occupied until 4 pm. There is a sign in the office window asking guests to go across the street to a bar to get checked in. Bar employees not sure what managment wants to do with reservation but they gave me a key to the room. Talked with employee at 4 and got things squared away. Apparently smoking allowed in bar."

"The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still."

"This weekend, my wife, my son, and I visited Three Valley Lake Chateau. It was their first visit and my first time back in over 30 years. As a child, I attended Bell family reunions here in the late 1980s and early 1990s, so returning was both nostalgic and meaningful. "This hotel had the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. It's a bit older, but very well - maintained. The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. There needs to be at least a few protein offerings. There was sausage gravy and cold biscuits 'but no bacon or sausage patties. Not everyone eats gravy. The eggs appeared to be powdered eggs. Everything else was carbs. But over all, this is a very nice hotel, and you can't beat the price."
