"They have fish inside their lobby! All the logs and wood work look amazing. Love the feel of the indoor stairs and plants and Waterfall. Their breakfast could taste a little better. But staff is very helpful with everything. We loved staying here."

"There was nowhere to sit in the breakfast room. We had 5 kids with us and had to stand. The trays were empty. My husband had to go for the lady to replenish the trays. I had 4 rooms and none were cleaned, change of towels or sheets for 4 days. On arrival one of the sheets was bloody, meaning it was not fresh sheets. I expected more for a Radisson. I’m a frequent traveler and definitely won’t use them anymore. "

"This is a great place to stay in Taos. It's so cute, clean and well maintained. Staff if very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and included. They also have cookies, chips and salsa, and green chile stew in the afternoon. It's an incredible value and we will definitely return on our next trip to Taos."

The explanation given was that the extra fees are a KNOWN issue that has been happening to "multiple customers" with no know cause, and that we should "wait until about Tuesday to see if the bank refunds it, and if not call us back". This caused us to cut our trip short, cancel our next night stay in Coeur D'alene, and go home to...
