"My husband and I were going to a concert in Lincoln and needed a quick place to stay for a night. We got to the property around and our code did not work for the door. Tried messaging the host and didn't get a response. Luckily the owner happened to come home about 15 min later and got us inside. Room was pleasant, bed was comfortable, had all of the amenities needed. We followed all checkout instructions the next morning, took out the trash and gathered laundry as requested, left around 10 A.M....

"The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans along with an array of seasonings. There is plenty of cabinet space, for dry goods, if staying for several days/weeks. The property was located close to a Walmart and Safeway for groceries, which is ideal for those not familiar with Carmichael. Overall, it was a very nice stay and a great place for extended family to gather while in town"

"Nice place, close A’s and Rivercats Stadium and Downtown Sacramento. Shopping is close by and there many Restaurants within a short distance."
