"Host was welcoming and showed that they were expecting me. They assisted me when I could not figure out the key code to unlock the key box.The rooms & bathrooms were well appointed and clean. The kitchen was had a full set of dishes and cutlery. It did not feel cramped. All inwas looking for was a double room and a got a full apartment. I was very pleased. Also, I felt that the request to load the dishwasher at the end my stay was not overburdensome. "

"We never met our host but he was very communicative and quick to answer the few questions we had. We were here only to sleep for two nights, as we were visiting family in Winter Park. The garden and patios were lovely and if we’d been there longer I would have enjoyed that space. We thought the living area (bedroom) was compact, but functional. Perhaps a little snug for two; ideal for one person. It really was exactly as described. We felt very safe, but mainly I want to offer thanks to Manuel...

"We had a great stay with Jose. The house was perfect for our group of 4. The hosts were very kind and responded to our questions promptly even over the Christmas holiday. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The house was full of little high quality details such as a defogging bathroom mirror and overhead showerhead that made the stay that much more enjoyable. "

"Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "
