"This is a very nice place! Having the fan, dishes, cooking utensils, and silverware was nice. There were plenty of supplies like paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags. The AC works great, the place looked great when we arrived, and the beds were comfortable. There is plenty of room and storage at the place, and plenty of linens. There is a credit card operated laundry on the second floor with an ice machine in the back of that room. The only complaint we had was with the cleanliness...

"Before i book the stay here i went to read the reviews about the property, some where good and some bad. So for the price you kind have to have an idea of how is going to be. But let me tell i was amazing how nice the room was, so perfectly clean, and they dont have carpet on the floor of the room wich for me it show they have to keep everything looking clean and good. I will definitely will be caming back to this place"

"I came to Orlando for a women’s church conference and this place was perfect as it was only about 15 or 20 minutes away from the church. This was a very neat Villa brightly colored and very clean. I stayed in a king size bed, just for myself and with a wonderful clean bathroom and shower. The room was quite large. I stayed in the premium room. Pricing was very reasonable. Great place all the way around!!"
