"We loved our stay here! The house has everything you could ever need. The backyard is so fun. The location was amazing for Universal parks and good for Disney as well. It was clean but I feel like it could have been a little cleaner…empty water bottles around the couch and dusty and a lot of bugs coming in through the bathrooms (not sure if anything could ever be done about it). All in all we would definitely return for the backyard and location!"

"We stayed at this house during the last week of March 2026, especially due to the location, which did not disappoint. As a party of 5, everyone enjoyed staying here, exactly as pictured on the website plus more. Clean, with all the comforts and conveniences of home, especially after a long day out. Loved the sparkling water feature on the fridge, very convenient. We stayed for a week and didn't have to buy much except for food. THE BEST LOCATION IN ORLANDO LAKEFRONT VILLA

"Maybe "quaint" is the right word for the place. Mostly, a great find, but it has a few drawbacks. There are 2 bedrooms, but to get to one, you have to pass through the other. Fine for close families, but not great for ones wanting privacy. Walls between the two rooms has zero sound dampening. The sofa in the living space is woefully uncomfortable to sit on. I could not find any place to hang a towel. Other than that, it is clean and well stocked, and comes with 2 easy to use parking...

There is a nearby park with a boat launch, kids playground and large dock/pier. The area gets an A plus for walking score. The house was very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet. "Great hotel. The only issue we had was a noisy guest in the other room and we could hear through the vents. Other than that, perfect. Great team and a special shoutout to Warren in the cleaning team"
