"Great location, cute spot. Very small sitting area/living room. Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. On a cold night, we had issues with thermostats set to 64 running and running until we got very hot in the middle of the night and needed to crack windows and turn all...

"Our favorite part of our room was the view it had an amazing view and everytbing was easy to figure out as well during our stay. Super close to bus routes as well so super easy to travel "

"Beautiful Property! The Area as well was very nice! 10/10 I do wish there was waters at least provided but other then that perfect stay! Very affordable! Good for 2-4 people to stay ! And definitely recommend it!"

"We had an amazing experience at the Boathouse. The water views are unsurpassed and we even saw bald eagles circling above the bay. Everything is so wonderfully comfortable and furnished so well that it was hard to leave. You can take wonderful walks in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood or along the beach. We can’t wait to come back."

"This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! "
