The floor in the motel room was very dirty and the bathroom was dirty the medicine cabinet needs to be cleaned out did not want to put my toothbrush in there and the shower could have been scrubbed too and cleaner shower curtain. The staff was over the top of helpful they were wonderful!"

"This hotel was a rent by the night / month apartments for down and out drug users. I have never been to a worse hotel. Passed out people out front and filthy front door and check in area. We were told it previously had a meth lab inside. I want our money back. I can’t believe Expedia would have a location like this listed. "

The kitchenette is great, especially if your staying more than a night but when you have to be up and out early it would be nice to be able to go grab something downstairs. The location is great. "Great place to stay in Seattle! Easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena with a lot of great restaurants and bars nearby. Brand new facility, so everything is in top shape. Breakfast was a nice bonus, especially with kids in tow. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Clean rooms, they have windows that actually open to get fresh air. Very helpful and convenient to have breakfast and to have it until 10am. It saved us a lot on time and food, especially traveling with kids. Staff was decent. The garbage at breakfast was getting full, so I had politely let the girl at the front know so that she can get it changed out so the rest of the guest can throw away their trash. "Responsive staff let us know when EV charger became available and let us borrow a toaster. All rooms have a water view. Convenient location next to the ferry landing. The breakfast menu is limited to diy waffles and cereal. The level of cleanliness is increasingly disappointing. Room and property need a decent cleaning and touch up paint. We have stayed here multiple times, but may book elsewhere. "
