"Need to close the laundry room early, people were using the laundry room at midnight and then around 3 in the morning and kept us up most of the night. Kids were running up and down. The hallway people talking and the dryer was making noises we probably will not use the hotel again"

"Some areas smell like cigarettes even in non smoking arras. It is pet friendly, not good for those sensitive to smells"
