"The room was clean and spacious. I had a great view of downtown and The Tower of Americas. Every room has a balcony to relax on. It was in a great walking location to most areas with plenty of nice restaurants around. The pool was heaven and the food and drinks at Anaqua bar were so good! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel. "

"Camas confortáveis, lençóis e toalhas excelentes, tudo novo e limpo. Chuveiro bom, banheiro novo e bem equipado com bom shampoo e sabonete liquido, além de secador. Pedimos berço e eles oferem o pack and play, novo e com lençol limpinho. Muito bem localizado, podendo fazer tudo a pé. Recomendo e voltaria!! "

"Room was fully stocked & clean. Beds were ok...not too firm or soft..I slept fine which is hard to do when I'm not at home. Reception area was clean & quiet. Breakfast was decent for standard free breakfasts & was a clean area. I didnt use the pool but it was crystal clear. AF base was an easy drive & about 15 mins away. THE STAFF- they were the best part. They were the nicest ever, responsive & so helpful. Would definitely stay there again if in SA."
