I would NOT suggest this hotel at all! When i booked this hotel it said it included breakfast however upon arrival, the front desk agent tells us unfortunately breakfast won’t be available at this time. False advertising!!!!.
They do not clean the rooms daily, you have to stay longer than 7 days to get cleaning services. I have never stayed in any hotel that didn’t offer at least every other day a room refresh, This includes clean towels, We stayed 5 nights, on our 2nd night, i called front desk and requested clean towels and was told if i wanted clean towels i needed to come down to the front desk to get them. Like seriously, god forbid any customer service be given!!! So 4 floors down I go!
There are 2 elevators that services the hotel, the day we checked in the agent told us 1 elevator was broken so the only accessible elevator was on the far side, ok i get it, things break, no big deal however 2 days later the only working elevator broke down too. Soooo now there are no working elevator’s.Honestly taking the stairs is good cardio but when i asked the front desk what about someone with mobility issues or an elderly person, who’s going to help them? They just kind of had an attitude of oh well. Staff was not very friendly our entire stay.. and why didn’t they get the first elevator that had already been broken for days fixed? it was broken 2 days before the second one took a crapper. Talk about zero sense of urgency! I do NOT recommend y’all!
