"Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. "The house was PERFECT for a large family with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The pool was perfect & the house had all the essentials to get through the week. The host was wonderful, very responsive, very accommodating, & very friendly ! Highly recommend for families ! "

It was very clean and the host was great about communicating. We had all information to check in smoothly before we arrived at the property. "This home is just as described! My 2 teenaged grandchildren and I was looking for an affordable home with a pool, for a little summer getaway. And this home was the perfect place! We enjoyed the pool so much! Very comfortable beds. The entire place was spotless and as refreshing as the pool! They had everything that we needed and even left out some goodies for us! I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a getaway with a small group, or just a couple. 5 stars "

"The VRBO was nice, just a few minor defects: there a was a bulb out in the bathroom in the master bedroom, the water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom was low, and the hot and cold indicators for the shower and sink in the master bathroom were reversed. One last thing is to detail where the washer and dryer are located. These are just minor things that definitely do not draw away from how nice this VRBO is."
