"The apartment looks cute like it does in line but the smell was awful. It smelled like someone smoked in there for twenty years and it was musty. Had to open all the windows. The smell never left. The stairs are tilted to the left so was very nervous having my 80 year old mom on them. Tried to contact the host and was never answered. Called and there was no voicemail set up. The beds were comfortable but my niece slept on the very uncomfortable couch. There was no extra linens or blankets...

"Decent home for the price. Communications with the host was mid. They only had 2 towels, we did end up bringing 2 from our hotel in NYC so there should be 4 now. Bathroom tub doesn’t drain well at all. The main kitchen light didn’t work, but there is some lighting to help. We didn’t figure out the heat system until our last night, just make sure all the units are at the same setting or it will not work. Other than that we did enjoy our stay and would probably stay there again. "

The rental was very nice inside, each bedroom and community area had beautiful hardwood floors, smart TV’s, and its own system to regulate temperature. The modern compact kitchen had an excellent full size gas stove and refrigerator! The stylish bathroom was supplied with shampoo, conditioner, liquid soaps and TP. It’s a short walk to Union College, St Anthony’s RC church, various stores, restaurants, casinos, and the peaceful...

"Pros: nice property. Walkable to food/drink. Convenient location.Cons: steep stairs to 2nd floor. Some items needed attention, property manager advised and offered immediate fix but we said we could cope until checkout. Pretty strict checkout rules. "
