-Backyard patio for relaxing outdoors is mainly for the guests staying in the basement and second floor unit.
-Cedar infrared sauna for ultimate relaxation is shared by all guest.

This is a very quiet, calm street, less than ten minutes from downtown.

Public transportation, Uber, Lyft and taxis are available throughout the city.
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.
3. No pets allowed
4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50 late fee.
6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have a hood .
