"From the moment that we stepped inside, we were all really impressed by the house: it's compact, but therecwas plenty of space for 3 adults (me and 2 grown up kids). The beds were very comfortable and the twin room opens into the conservatory with a view of the garden which makes it feel very light and spacious. "The owners Shaan and Sef are lovely and very welcoming and friendly. They are really happy to let you know of restaurants nearby. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was beautiful. The cooked breakfast was delicious."

The rooms are much bigger than average and there is plenty of wardrobe space.
Lovely big towels and a good supply of hot drinks and bottled water.Extremely good value."

"I had made a call prior to check in to request parking, advised to get there early and ask at desk. This was incorrect and there were no spaces available. At 15.12, after standing in a queue for over 15 mins I am told my room was not ready, the manager came out and was totally disinterested in me as a customer, but found one that would be in another 5 mins. No apology what's so ever!! The staff member said I hope it will be better next time, to which I replied "I doubt there will be a next time"
When I went to dinner my choice, battered haddock wasn't available, i think on a Saturday early evening this is totally unacceptable.
The shower screen had black mould along the bottom which had been sealed in with sillicon, the kettle lid was broken making a refil almost impossible and the hairdryer had no nozzle to style my hair..
Resulting in "I won't be booking with you again".
