"I really enjoyed my stay eventhough at the beginning I had a room where my tv did not work but the member of staff was so helpful when I explained this . He said someone would come but they did not come so I went back to him and also told him how my towels were soiled. He changed my room . I had a great sleep and he cooked a great breakfast . He works really hard and was nice . Respect for the staff member who was the only one I saw there on my stay doing everything . "

"Lovely, cosy pub hotel. Great food with a choice of menus, ranging from the tasting menu to simple (but very well done) pub fayre. We chose from the pub menu, special mention to the fish and chips, perfect! Accompanied by a good choice of drinks, with beer from the local Thornbridge brewery. Very handy spot for local attractions. We stayed for one night on a mini-break and the room was perfect. "We had a wonderful stay - from the staff on reception to the leisure club. We used the pool and the games room which kept the kids entertained! Our room was big and spacious, each child had their own single bed, along with the large super king bed! The room was clean and modern with everything we needed, including a few welcome snacks! We thought the bar and restaurant area were lovely, and enjoyed a cooked breakfast where there was plenty to choose from! Would highly recommend and would...
