Casas de Férias em Valrico, FL

"Jonathan was a very attentive host. The house was clean and ready for us. Everything worked well. The pool was very nice. The only recommendation I would give would be to update the main guest bathroom. It was clean and worked fine, but is just dated compared to the rest of the house."

"Clean house with very good amenities. Slept our 3 families well and the kids love the pool table, ping pong, and outdoor pool. The signs saying don't flush the toilet paper were off putting and the excessive cameras around the house felt voyeuristic but the host gave a good effort to make us comfortable the whole time."

"Un lugar hermoso. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia lo mismo corta que larga. Me encantó. Cada detallito fue hermoso. Se los recomiendo. Y una limpieza extrema."

"The property was clean, and the host was prompt and attentive with communication. The only thing I would say is there were no paper towels but it was not a big enough deal to call the host about, and the house just seems a little cluttered. Also, the master shower curtain seems a little too short so it was a) hard to keep water from getting out and b) the curtain kept billowing into me when trying to use.Overall, it was a good experience. Thanks."

"Everything was nice and clean! The host even provided waters in the fridge which were nice. We also decided to stay another day and the host was very quick to communicate and accommodate us."

"Would rent again"

"Everything works. What else can you ask for? Good bed, good water pressure, huge TV, plenty of room....will return of back in the area!"

"The house was just as listed and worked out perfectly for our needs. Communication with the owners was great throughout our stay. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!"

"¡Una experiencia impecable de principio a fin! El apartamento es aun más hermoso, amplio y luminoso que en las fotos, con una limpieza absoluta y una decoración impecable. La ubicación es inmejorable, en una zona tranquila pero a solo unos pasos de los puntos de interés principales. La cama es extremadamente cómoda, la cocina está totalmente equipada y los detalles de bienvenida hicieron la diferencia. Mención especial para el anfitrión, quien fue súper atento, amable y rápido al responder....

"I just loved loved loved this space very comfy it feels homey and they had everything we needed to make dinner and relax"

"The property was just as advertised and it was perfect for my needs. The kitchen is great and the house is very comfortable and in a good location. I would definitely stay again! I wasn’t around enough to use the pool, but it is very nice!"

"The home was clean, well taken care of and met our needs nicely. There is a relaxing backyard area as well, good for the entire family. The neighborhood is older so don't expect new builds in the area, but it was quiet. We had a quick, but enjoyable stay."

"Was a little smaller than expected, only real complaint is the shower head. Doesn’t really allow you to shower very effectively"

"My only complaint is that I didn’t stay another day to just enjoy the space. Super easy, very cute, and perfect for a solo or couple traveling to explore the city with a nice quiet place to come back to. If I come back, I’ll stay here for sure."

"The house is perfect for a stay near Tampa. The owners were wonderful about letting us leave the car at the property for a few hours after check out while at a conference in Tampa."

"Leo and Jessica, thank you very much for an amazing stay, everything was spot on, the only thing i needed to bring with me was food, this amazing house had everything needed from a to z. If I am ever in Tampa again this will be the no question location to stay over and over. The host was very responsive and respectful, truly a premium host. I would recommend this rental anytime of the year."

"This tiny home is well kept and perfectly located near the heart of Tampa. You are a 10 min car ride to all the attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and there are walkable restaurants that are authentic and delicious. This home has everything you need to enjoy your time in Tampa!"
