"I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "

"It was a bad experience, no entry code and spent 3hrs and didn’t get in until 8am next day. Lost a night, had book a room down the street. No refund for the night lost. Wife was screaming when we got in as a live roach was in the sink of the master suite bathroom. Place is brand new😒never again!!!!!!"

"Excellent experience! The location and the view is perfect and the apartment was extremely clean. The communication with the host was great and she responded quickly to our messages. We can’t wait to be back!!!"

"The home was very spacious and equipped with additional household items. It was a very pleasant surprise! This was a family trip for a graduation and the size and parking was perfect for a large family. Everything was clean inside and outside. The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay again! "

"We came to Tampa for 2 days and this was a great place to stay with the family. The place is clean and fresh and the pool was crystal clear. Ryan, the owner, was very easy to reach and was very accommodating. The pool table and giant projector screen made it extra fun!"

"When I say pictures do not do this place justice. It was so beautiful, perfect for a small bachelorette party (7 of us). It was so so clean, things were easy to find, we got there a little early and they let us in right away. The host is one of the sweetest people I ever spoke to. If I could give more stars I would. There are pots and pans there, SOOOOOOOO many towels it was perfect for the amount of people we had. "

"Perfect for a few nights stay. I was alone but 2 guests would work as well. Communication was excellent. It was very quiet the whole time I was there. The high speed internet allowed me to get my work done for school easily. Check in and check out were seamless. The power unfortunately went out for about half a day but it stormed during the middle of the night and the whole neighborhood was out for a little while. Everything exceeded my expectations. "From start to finish this process was seamless. The property was identical to the pictures. When we arrived, the entire group was pleasantly surprised. The house was just what we needed for our stay and so much more. The host was very professional and answered all our questions ASAP.
