"Michelle the host was absolutely fantastic. Easy to communicate with. I’ve been coming to North Coast Village for 20 years now and this condo by far has the BEST! I was very impressed by how clean and organized the condo was. She had drawers labeled so it wasn’t hard to find anything. "It was a great stay. We stayed in the green door unit. It was very clean and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. Would highly recommend. The one thing I would let people know that the beach that is very close is a rock beach, there is no sand. You will have to travel down the road a bit to get to a beach that has sand. This was not an issue for us, we drove down to harbor beach which just about a 5 minute drive. Worked out perfectly. "

"We had a great time in this property. The two bedrooms were spacious! We put 3 teenage boys in the queen room, and two adults shared the king. It was great to have two bathrooms. "I’m already familiar with the area, so it wasn’t an issue for me to find. If you prefer more amenities or being closer to stores/malls this might not be for you. I think it’d even be cute for a small family if they wanted a lil weekend trip. Beware if you have a lowered vehicle because it’s definitely more of a truck/suv area. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great I’d just be worried for any tall guests. I was in and out of there for the most part, but all in all I was super pleased...

"This is one of my new favorite places! It was so much more than we expected. Clean new feeling. We brought all of our own food and the kitchen met all of our needs for cooking and baking. Also the family bottle of wine was a nice touch. We are already planning to stay here next year. "

"This place was fantastic! Jess was a great host! It was so comfortable and clean. It is a small space but was plenty of room for our family. It would not be easy to cook a meal in the house even though it had a small kitchen. That worked for us because we went out or had heavy snacks. Loved the fact that he offered the beach gear! "
