"I had a bad first impression upon my arrival, as the front desk did not let me check-in two hours in advance (with a not full hotel), after 30h traveling without sleep. Anyway, Amberlyn (the manager) tried her best to make it up for me after it came to her knowledge and I even got a late check-out. "Excellent affordable option in the Galleria area! Nice rooms and spacious bathrooms. The bed was comfortable and the shower is very good. The special compliments go to the employees!! Smiley and always wanting to help!! The only con in my opinion was that the corridors and general areas of the hotel were dirty (and stains for all over the carpets). Recommend the ALoft to work on it!"
