"Room was clean and comfortable, lovely courtyard with a small waterfall, easy and about a 3-minute walk to the casino. Unfortunately, our air conditioner was not working correctly and took all night to make our room a little cooler. The lake is about 10-minute walk, but it's a private beach and they charge to get in. We drove to the north side and found easy lake access for free. Overall, we had a great time. If you don't want to stay in a major hotel, I recommend this place with puppies."

"We had a lovely stay. Everything as expected, comfy bed, great shower, and a short drive to town. The property managers were extremely responsive, friendly and flexible. We had to adjust our stay last minute and they were able to move us to a different unit to make it work. Would 100% recommend it! "

"My girlfriends and I came together here for a milestone birthday celebration and couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere; to the spa @ The Landing, to our shows, the casinos, restaurants, the Lake... everything was walkable. We even took a lake tour, which picked us up by shuttle at Harvey's, which was a 3 minute walk. It's a perfect location and room was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"Great property and awesome rooms, the only bad thing was that the WiFi was pretty much unusable. The connection was so unstable I just switched to a cellular hotspot instead. Other than this, I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"This place was in the perfect location and such a nice surprise with how spacious and perfect it was for our family of 6 a dog! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the carpets were a little dirty, the fireplace didn’t work, and the fridge wasn’t keeping items clean. Despite these things, we still really enjoyed our stay at 3 peaks. The two bedroom townhome was really great for our family and quick stay in Tahoe! "
