Enjoy family fun with near ski-in/ski-out access, a communal lounge, BBQ deck, and hot tub ( Please be advised - it is frequently out of service and not always available.) The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable Murphy beds, and two full bathrooms. Perfect for year-round adventures in the mountains.



The Space:

Welcome to our apartment, featuring an open kitchen and two full bathrooms, perfect for your entertaining needs. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy the convenience of comfortable Murphy beds, easily pulled out or stowed away. The bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin trundle, comfortably sleeping three guests. The living room includes a queen Murphy bed and twin bunk Murphy beds, accommodating up to four guests. Stay connected with high-speed WIFI and enjoy entertainment on two 55" Roku TVs. There is a great jacuzzi - but please be advised - it is frequently out of service and not always available.



Guest Access:

Besides the space of your room, the building has communal areas that include giant couches, a fireplace, working spaces, a hot tub (in winter), 10 burner grill, and a patio. If you decide that you just want to walk around the snowy paths, the building is right on the Kirkwood Meadow with miles of walking/hiking/biking, snow shoeing, and cross country ski paths.

Surrounded by alpine beauty, the area offers miles of scenic trails perfect for hiking, biking, and trail running. For more action, hit the mountain biking trails or head to Caples and Silver Lakes for fishing, kayaking, or paddleboarding. With its rustic charm and limited commercial development, Kirkwood is all about unplugging and embracing nature. Be sure to bring your gear—this is where adventure begins.
