If you’re looking for a peaceful beach getaway, this bright and airy ground-floor condo is the place you want to be in Akumal!
The condo features gorgeous furniture, loads of closet space, Smart TVs, and deco in soft earth tones that create a relaxing vibe, just what you need to relax and unwind!
SANTAMAR by TAO is a development located in a second beach line street where you will have free access to the beach within walking distance from the condo!
Our condo offers:
- Spacious and luminous OPEN LIVING SPACE with direct access through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors to a private terrace with outdoor seating. Plus, a comfortable sofa and living room area with a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV that has access to your streaming accounts, great for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- A fully equipped KITCHEN with a BREAKFAST BAR and 3 bar stools. You can prepare your meals at home at any time, and all the appliances and cookware are provided, even a dishwasher for easy clean-up!
- A beautiful DINING TABLE for a nice at-home meal in peace and comfort with good mealtime conversation around the round table.
- 2 BEDROOMS (1 King, 1 Queen) and 2 full BATHROOMS to accommodate 4 guests.
- A WASHER, DRYER, IRON, and IRONING BOARD in the unit for your convenience.
- There are 5 rooftop pools, one at each tower, and guests have access to all of them! 2 ground-level pools with the larger of the 2 directly behind the building for this condo, a private Santamar Beach Club with 2 more pools, a bathroom facility, and access to a sandy beach.
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the Santamar complex amenities, too, like the multiple pools, the private beach, gym , and the grounds.
Santamar is tucked away in a beautiful jungle setting. There is a 5-minute gravel roadway to get into the development, so having a car is necessary. There is free parking at the complex.
Our condo is managed by an experienced property management Company based in AKUMAL, that has been managing several luxury properties along the Riviera maya since 2015.
Before your arrival we will make sure everything is working properly. We deeply inspect every unit before a guest check in and follow strict cleaning protocols based on a standard checklist.
Please keep in mind that we DO NOT OFFER hotel services such as: personal greeting upon arrival, luggage carrying, luggage storage, personal 24 hours concierge services, daily cleaning services, etc
We manage an autonomous check-in process. You will be provided with a code to obtain your key from a security lockbox located right on the door of the establishment.
Our concierge service is constantly monitoring our inbox to respond to your issues and answer your questions in a prompt manner.
