"This was the perfect little downstairs apartment for my spouse and I! Located in a quiet neighborhood, with a parking spot right out front. It was easy to get on the freeway, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, and a quick drive to downtown Toronto. Our host was quick to respond to all messages and checked in on us during our stay. We would gladly stay there again!"

"I had to quarantine from an international work trip and they allowed me to stay - it was on the way home from the airport. Clean, comfortable accommodations, with everything I needed"

"This unit was not as advertised - nowhere near luxury or chic. Photo was deceiving as unit was way underground and was old and tired. I ended up not staying there at all and forfeited the money I paid! "

"This Air B & B is among my favourites. The main floor is the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs is a huge private living space including a living room and a full kitchen (regular sized fridge and stove). Plus laundry facilities next to the kitchen. All these amenities are enclosed in your private space. This is an ideal space with close proximity to the TO Pearson Airport, but some distance from downtown Toronto. Fresh, clean and highly recommended."

"Beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you need for a restful stay. Very clean and modern. The beds are so comfortable. Thai and his family were so kind and helpful during our stay - we will stay here again next time wr are visiting the GTA! :)"

"Tried communicating via messages without success.Called company to get phone number to call host in evening of the night I was staying there.Then got check in instructions.Had difficulty finding how to get in gate to back yard, where door to basement suite.Box spring mattress and bed difficult to walk between. Needed to make beds.Toilet ,only flushed once.walls dirty: Crumbs on counter.Kitchen tap in disrepair.Shower grubby looking- we didn’t use it or the kitchen ,dirty."

"A co worker and myself stayed here for our out of town job. With the renovations, two bedroom kitchen and separate entrance this was the perfect place. Beats a hotel room any time! Also our host was quick to reply to any of our questions. If we are ever in town for another job we are definitely booking here again."
