"Everything was great the parking is a little tight but it is everywhere not really the locations fault. Easy on and off interstate access makes it quick for me to commute to work and back. We like it so much we booked for the following week as well!"

"I loved this place. This is one of the nicest B&Bs I have ever stayed in. There was a beautiful yard area for my dog that was clean and safe. The studio itself was charming nicely, decorated clean and the most comfortable bed you could want. The heated toilet seat was a treat. I will stay here again if I have the chance."

"I can’t say enough nice things about this place! I stayed as a stopover between Denver and Dallas. In the past I would stay at hotels and get zero sleep with doors slamming all hours of the night. Her place is truly quiet and tranquil. Super convenient to the highway, and she provides so many lovely conveniences from snacks to dog bags! I highly recommend her place. "

"The location was great - next to a great brewery and bakery and close to Texas Tech. The neighborhood was quiet. The room was well laid out and had everything we needed. Bed was a bit soft, but otherwise great."

"This was a greats find, but they are new and still working out the kinks. The main bathroom and second bedroom door do not close, this isn’t a huge deal, but the on-suite bathroom shower had no pressure. After a long day of travel, this was so disappointing. I’m sure they will address these items, and I will update this review once I receive a response. The garage door key pad is "

"Matt was super nice, answering early am messages in a timely manner. Place was so cute and comfortable and more than made up for an otherwise less than perfect trip. We loved it!"

"This property was clean and, easy to access. The communication was easy and accurate with the owner. It is not in the most desirable part of town! We would have really loved it to have a fan in the bedrooms, as we had a hard time getting the rooms cool on the evening of arrival.There is not an ice maker, so please prepare for that....We did use the pool one afternoon and it was filthy. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and the actual unit was very clean."
