"Arriving at the hotel I realized that it was going to be rough indeed. I noticed that the lobby was very clean and even had a air freshener device inside so I figured perhaps our room would match. It didn't, all the sheets and walls were dirty. The towels had black or greyish stains all over. The pillows and pillowcases were dirty with hairs still. The television was dirty and the table and counters had crumbs or dried stains on them. When I told the front desk, he said they were at capacity and...

"Great location! Comfortable bed and seating area. "

"The interior of the unit was attractive and clean. It was a very cute and enjoyable unit for our two nights. The tub and tub wall has started peeling, and needs a new coating, I found that awkward. The old building itself needs some TLC, the entry felt old/dingy/awkward. The hobos and rough-looking folks hanging out at the lower floor liquor store did not make for a comfortable feeling while coming and going, walking to the Riverwalk or parking. Not all of these things are under the unit-owner's...

"My husband and 2 kids rented for the weekend. Finding the entry was a little confusing at first but we figured it out. The pictures of the property were a little deceiving. We thought the river was going to be right outside at our back door and it was not. It was really close but not that close. We also thought the pool was visible from the room by the listed pictures and it was not either. Those are just minor details though. We needed to use the pull out for the kids. The owners provided a set...

"Room was very nice, how’s super easy to communicate with and great location to access restaurants and shopping. Only downside is the common area of the complex, no fault to the owner but the property management group does not do a good job in keeping the common areas clean. Room and host superb!"

"Sehr klein. Schmutzige Gegend überall Müll stinktiere. Einrichtung teilweise kaputt. Das Haus wird auch zum Verkauf angeboten vielleicht lag es daran das keine Mühe mehr reingesteckt wird."

"Beautiful, clean, comfortable, perfect location - great communication with any questions we had - would absolutely stay again! "

"We had an excellent day at this location! Just steps from the river and the parking situation was amazing. Led right into the building so I felt very safe coming and going at any time with my mother and 13 month old daughter. The area was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable for all three of us. There was food within walking distance and the apartment was super cozy and impeccably clean. I would 10 out of 10 stay here again! Not to mention the host Ramiro was amazing! "
