"Apartments were great, clean, spacious and fabulous view of the city. Had access to gym and pool as well. Pool had a nice view but was not as clean as I’d like."

"This property did not live up to the pictures. The floor was filthy and caused our socks to turn black on the bottoms (even after I swept the entire place). The window in the bedroom leads directly out to the hallway by the elevator so you can hear everyone walking by; there also isn’t a black out curtain on the window so it feels very exposed. When the kitchen ceiling sprang a leak due to the large amounts of rain, the property manager wasn’t concerned or responsive until Expedia Customer...

"Second time staying in the building. Nice place. Everything as expected. As close as you can get to Bishop Arts District and handy to downtown and freeway access. On-site parking very helpful (there’s not much in the area). Environment is safe though I wouldn’t wander blocks away at night. Only down is that Saturday night was loud and rowdy til 2 am."
