Located on a peaceful canal with direct access toward Tampa Bay, the home offers a wonderful combination of a private pool, spa, dock, kayaks, fenced yard, and comfortable indoor living spaces.

PRIVATE POOL, SPA & OUTDOOR LIVING

The pool area was newly remodeled in 2025, giving you a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Spend the day swimming, lounging by the pool, or relaxing in the spa controlled by your own on/off panel, while the kids enjoy the water. The entire pool and patio area is enclosed by a screened lanai, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors comfortably.

The lanai opens toward the backyard and waterfront, creating an easy flow between the pool, yard, and dock.

And don't forget the sunsets! Grab a drink, settle into a comfortable chair, and watch the sky change colors over the water as another beautiful Florida day comes to an end.

KAYAK, FISH & EXPLORE

The canal behind the home leads toward Tampa Bay, giving you the opportunity to experience Florida from the water.

Complimentary kayaks are available for guests who want to explore the canal and enjoy the peaceful waterfront surroundings. You can also fish from the private dock or simply sit by the water and watch for local wildlife.

Keep your eyes open—you may even be lucky enough to see a dolphin or manatee passing through the canal!

A small vessel may also be tied to the dock. Please contact the owner regarding the maximum permitted vessel length.

With two dining areas, there is plenty of space for everyone to sit down and enjoy a meal together.

Of course, you're also welcome to take your meals outside and enjoy them overlooking the canal.
