We offer an artfully decorated condo with flat screen TV, WIFI, and a breathtaking view of a cozy cove where dolphins swim in from the ocean and the warm welcoming sun rises. Experience our private beach, two restaurants, pools, modern gym, hot tubs, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, corn-hole, playground, marina, fishing, dinner cruises, water sports, beautiful sunsets and live entertainment. Golfing is at a nearby golf course. Guests are required to bring their own equipment. Pools, the gym, and the pier can be accessed using a host-loaned returnable key fob. There is an $80 replacement cost for a missing key fob.
THE SPACE
You will self check-in and enjoy the coziness of this corner unit that is artfully decorated and has a trendy look. This unit has two queen beds, flat screen TV, and robust WI-FI. Fondly known as The Artful Nook, it is located at The Inn at Little Harbor, and is painted a unique light silver grey color, It is perfect for a family vacation, time-away with friends, or for a romantic rendezvous. We provide a microwave, coffee maker and coffee supplies, as well as a mini fridge for your convenience.
GUEST ACCESS
This is a one-bedroom condo that sleeps a maximum of four (4) guests per booking. Common outdoor areas such as pools, hot tubs, gym, tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds are shared with other guests. This is a ground floor unit with two entry doors for easy access. Guests are provided a door entry code on the day of their arrival. The entry doors are self-locking - the latch on the inside of the doors must NOT be turned at any time. Parking is free with parking lots at the front and back of the unit. Guests must retrieve a parking permit from the desk drawer and keep it on their dashboard during their stay.
OTHER
This is a pet-free, smoke-free and vape-free unit. We cannot allow pets per condo association rules and due to allergies. We cannot allow smoking and vaping due to owner allergies. In addition guests with allergies specifically seek our pet-free, vape-free, and smoke-free accommodations because of allergy and health issues. We adhere to our policy for this reason.
