The studio has a queen size bed, dining area for (4), a leather QUEEN SIZE sleeper sofa, plus sofa chair and ottoman. Very comfortable space layout for 4. Unit has a microwave, DORM SIZE REFRIGERATOR PLUS mini fridge, 12 cup coffee pot, small counter for preparing coffee or small meals. Small cabinet with wine glasses, 4 glasses, 4 small plates, coffee mugs and silverware. Blender and toaster may be requested in advance if needed.

The unit itself is facing the river (and you catch the SUNRISE!) where the water is calm, you can watch the mangroves, manatees, dolphins, sail boats, fishing boats, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful catamarans and pontoons peacefully riding by :) walk around the building and head down to the giant Pier to get a photo at the Pier. We do not offer reimbursements, discounts, or waive cancellation policies due to beach closures.

Pool Hours: Pools are heated during the winter and open year-round during daylight hours only. We are not responsible for closures due to emergencies, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed (maximum of two) in pet-friendly units. A pet fee applies, and the pet policy must be followed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet.

Golf Cart & Kayak Rentals: Golf cart rentals are available through a third-party vendor. We are not responsible for third-party rentals, pricing, availability, or closures. Kayaking is available at nearby E.G. Simmons State Park, and we are not responsible for third-party services or pricing.
Parking: Free parking for guests at The Inn with a parking pass we provide. Beachfront parking is available (pay to park).

Unit Condition on Check-In: Guests must walk through the unit upon check-in and contact us immediately if they are not satisfied with the property. We reserve the right to send maintenance or housekeeping to address any concerns and make it right. If a guest is not happy with the property upon arrival and wishes to cancel, we will issue a full reimbursement only if the guest does not stay in the unit. No reimbursements will be issued if the guest stays and does not report dissatisfaction upon check-in.

Self-Serve Homes: Our homes are self-serve, and guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen, all furnishings, utilities, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to all amenities. Additionally, our cleaning crew leaves two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, one paper towel roll in the kitchen, three trash bags, dish detergent, one sponge, hand soaps, travel-sized shampoo and conditioner, and two coffee packs.

Little Harbor (where the condo is) is perfect. The condo was across from the pool and water. It is the perfect location. It needs a bit of TLC, broken tile, etc. BUT, it was clean, and fun and I loved it.

This was our second stay at Little Harbor Inn, in Ruskin, Florida. A private location at the end of the road resort. We have made plans to return next year for our third six week stay.

Nice location. Good amenities. Room was satisfactory except for the mold smell, and some of the furniture needs replacing. Couch is so old, it is difficult to sit on. Bed is good. Also, the fake plants got in the way because we needed every square inch. New curtains or window shades are needed as well.

REVIEW OF RUSKIN PROPERTY Let me begin by saying that Carmen is very responsive and easy to work with. The unit is in a great area as described. The unit was spacious enough for my husband and I. We were close to family and friends and we liked the view of the water. There are a few things we noticed during our stay: Description says newly remodeled and painted. However, there may be fresh paint on walls, but they did NOT paint baseboards or ceiling, which has mold. Fridge does not get cold enough and is not level on the floor - very wobbly and difficult to open. The drain in the sink needs a plug for safety (if you drop something), and the plug in the tub is the wrong size. These are not huge things overall that affected our stay, just helpful suggestions that would make some else's stay, and possibly review, more positive. Again, we appreciate Carmen's responsiveness and being so easy to work with.

Our stay was great. We had a little issue when we first arrived. We arrived very late in the evening and the room we reserved was not ready. However our host was wonderful, she answered our text almost immediately and resolved the issue and had us in a new room (with a better view) within 15 minutes. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The highlight was the balcony view of the water. We will definitely book again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Little Harbor. Every morning I would sit along the channel right outside the door, which was very peaceful. I saw dolphins every day! Both pools are nice and the beach is clean and offers gorgeous sunsets. I met a mix of friendly retirees and families on vacation. Would recommend.
