Palm Tree III Pool Home Waterfront

No Hurricane damage. This property has 11" elevation. Palm Tree III (Hot Tub, Free Heated pool) is Light and airy with a beachy Floridian feel. Each bedroom has a TV. The bedrooms have 55" TVs. Hang out for a movie night by watching on the 85" TV in the living room. All rooms have Netflix available. A variety of board games are included for rainy days. Enjoy the heated pool year-round or fish off the pier. Enjoy the sunset while hanging out around the pool. The Apollo Beach Golf Course is within walking distance. Kayaks, Four bicycles, and a cornhole game are also included. Bring your boat for the perfect Apollo Beach Vacation.

My wife and I have owned and operated vacation rentals since 2006. Over the years, we have picked up a few ideas and listened to our guests. We believe we have put together the best Apollo Beach rental and the perfect vacation rental. This home is full of amenities that fit all age groups. We constantly look to improve our home and believe it can continually improve. We hope you choose The Palm Tree for your next Florida visit. You will love it!

Check out The Publix grocery delivery online before you arrive. Publix will deliver to the front door. This could save you a ton of time when trying to have fun.

There is no smoking in this house—seven-day minimum lease. No Parties allowed. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, or they will be towed away.

Free heated pool, Free gas Grill, $75 additional hot tub cleaning fee. (we drain, clean, and refill between each guest).

DISCLAIMER: PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN!! If you want to get loud and party. Please choose another home. Unfortunately, we have to be very clear.

We have security cameras at the front door, over the garage, looking at the driveway, on the pool pump, looking at the equipment, on the left side of the home, looking at that side, and on our dock. No security cameras are pointed at the guests.

We have a device that measures sound decibels called Minut located on the rear patio. This device does not listen to conversations. This is only used to alert our guests that the noise levels are getting too loud. To understand more, please go to Minut dot com and read more.

Beautiful home! My husband and I stayed here with our teenage boys for the week. The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the pool and fishing on the private dock. we even got to see some dolphins and manatees swim by. The house itself was super comfortable, clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Palm Tree III for 1 week. The house and the pool were very clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and so is the house as such. Well maintained. The location is really quite - exactly what we were looking for. Booking as well as check in went absolutely smooth. Michael is very responsive. We can absolutely recommend and hope to be back next year. Thank you Michael and Eva for letting us stay in your house!

The house was beautiful and the accommodations were above and beyond what is typically offered at a vrbo. We enjoyed the bikes and kayaks and the pool during our stay! The owner was very helpful and always super quick to respond.

Very disappointed with being informed the day of our arrival that the heater for the pool and hot tub were inoperable! Hot tub was the main reason we rented this home! In the description of the house it said no hurricane damage with finding out the hot tub was damaged during the hurricane. False advertisement! Michael did have them put a new heater on the 4th day we were there! The downfall to that was never told there was a cutoff time to utilize hot tub only between 6am to midnight and never had that time to utilize either. When arriving back at the house around 10:15pm it was completely shut down and couldn’t turn it back on! Advised Michael and he was going to come to house and stated it was on a timer and with the time change could’ve been reset! So again the last night of our stay had my niece over and again unable to utilize it and that time was shut down at 9:15pm! The house was clean and just wish we were made aware prior to the day of arrival regarding hot tub/heater! Felt we paid all that money and unable to utilize the hot tub which was the main reason we rented this place.

Wonderfully Kept Vacation Rental

What an attractive well kept vacation rental complete with the well done patio, pool, and dock area to just relax and chill while you enjoy the Florida sunshine! The entire property is beautifully decorated, very homey, and perfectly cleaned and maintained, and is located in an attractive friendly laid back harbor community. Paradise extravaganza

Immaculate home and property. Beautiful neighborhood. We had a blast taking kayaks out right from the dock at house. Paddled 10 minutes and we at the point with the most beautiful sandbar surrounded by porpoises playing all around us. Absolutely spectacular location. Highly recommend Circles restaurant right around the corner. Will definitely be back. Mike and his wife are the best host and super responsive

Great stay in Apollo Beach

Came to Tampa to go to the Buccaneers game. Had a great stay in Apollo Beach, easy to get to the stadium and back. Hot tub was fantastic. We will be back.

Everything promised and more....

The house was amazing and worked perfect for our family. Michael was a very accommodating host and easy to work with. We really enjoyed the many extras that they put in to the house such as the beautiful decor, all the toys and amenities you would need for any and all families and also the well stocked kitchen with everything you would ever need. The pool and hot tub were super clean and enjoyed very much. This house was all we could ask for and more.

Amazing Stay

The property was absolutely wonderful and in a great neighborhood. Everyone was friendly on our morning walks and evening bike rides. Fishing off the dock was fun, and lots of fish were caught. Looking forward to another stay!

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool, alles da, was man benötigt und in einen sehr gepflegten Zustand!!!

Wir hatten eine wunder bare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus vom 17.05.-31.05.2024. An jedem Tag war es mindestens 30 Grad, wir hatten immer super Wetter, am Abend war jeweils noch 25 - 27 Grad. Diese Unterkunft können wir absolut empfehlen, es ist alles da was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter!

Pool was amazing!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. The pool was amazing, we saw dolphins, manatees, sting rays and a shark in the canal! We caught a couple fish and a blue crab! House was very clean and had all the fixings to go with it. There needs to be a little TLC to the bar stools and grill and we had a small fridge problem but Michael was on it within 30 minutes. Overall we would stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree III

This is a 5 star property that met or exceeded every expectation. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious, and situated in a quiet community. The kitchen was huge and well-equipped and I am envious of the readily available hot water out of the kitchen tap! The 85 inch TV and comfy couch with recliners on the ends in the family room were great for watching the Super Bowl and other sporting events! The property offers three bedrooms that slept 9 in beds and a 10th in a roll-away, and two full bathrooms with plenty of linens and towels. My wife and I loved the outside amenities including kayaking, fishing, and gorgeous sunsets from the dock. And then there is the pool and hot tub with lots of available sunshine and sitting/entertaining space around the outside pool area. Lots of other amenities offered by the owner such as bikes, fishing gear, the kayaks, etc. Mike was very responsive in addressing any questions we had. The house is a reasonable distance from other locations like the city of Tampa, St Petersburg and Sarasota (one of my favorite attractions is the circus museum in Sarasota). Check out the manatee viewing area which is free and very close to the house. We loved dining at Circles restaurant at the Apollo Beach harbor. Read the other Reviews. This place is as advertised, consistently exceptional, and we would love to visit again.

Fantasic stay!

We had a fantastic stay! House was well stocked with all the essentials! Host was very respomsive to our pre-vacation needs. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and clean. The kids loved fishing off the dock behind the house. There were tons of activities to keep is busy at the house including bags, fishing, bikes, kayaks, and pool. Cant wait for our next trip!

Beautiful home and amenities. Boating from the home was easy to get to the bay, and from there to downtown Tampa and Beer Can island… fantastic location! Everyone enjoyed cooling off in the gorgeous pool, and the spa heats up quite quickly. Fishing off the dock or from a kayak was fun and easy.
