The space

This new home was built in 2024 with over 3500 sq ft of space including outdoor patio, TV's in all bedrooms, dining, and all new appliances. This home has everything you need for your trip. Come and enjoy some modern features while staying in the south of Tampa close to St. Pete & Clearwater. Plenty of sheets and towels in the house for the entire group and the kitchen comes fully stocked.

6 bedrooms with 4 full baths & another half bath by the kitchen. The home has 10 bed sleeping options if necessary. We have 7 pillow-top mattress beds (5 upstairs with 4 kings, 1 queen, 2 on the main floor with 2 twins). Additionally there are two king air mattresses in the common space.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Accurate guest count required by VRBO and insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or stopping by. If you questions about this, message the host before booking. For example, if you plan on 1 person stay overnight and 5 people visit during the day, the guest count is 6 people. Message the host prior to instant booking if you have questions.

No Parties, Events, Loud Noise: Noise detection devices are required on site by the city of Tampa. Noise complaints by neighbors may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

No Smoking, Vaping or Hookahs: Guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable odor or evidence of smoking or vaping inside or outside the property.
