"This Summerland property is exactly as shown on VRBO. Quite well stocked with cookware, utensils, cups/glasses, spices and a variety of drinks in the refrigerator. The entire unit was spotless. "Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. "This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room.
