For safe use, read and follow the guidelines displayed near the fire pit controls. The propane tank is stored under the black side table and should be switched on prior to use and turned off immediately afterward.

Just a quick note that our landscapers visit the property every Monday and Thursday morning to maintain the outdoor areas. They do their best to work efficiently and with minimal disruption.
We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our wonderful community, considerate of fellow guests, and to treat the property as if it were your own home.

Minimum Age Requirement:
To help ensure a safe and respectful experience for all guests and neighbors, the primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present and residing at the property for the duration of the stay.
This policy is in place to maintain the quality, care, and safety of the home and community. Valid government-issued ID may be requested to verify age.

Trash Policy:
You are not required to take out the trash or recycling during your stay—our team will handle it after checkout. However, if you prefer to dispose of it before you leave, feel free to use the designated bins outside.

-Blue bins are for recycling only.
-Gray bins are for regular trash.
