"We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. "I had a great stay. Free street parking with pass. Very walkable to metro station. This is a bottom unit so you do hear movement upstairs, but it wasn't too bad. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable! Host always responded quickly to any questions! Would recommend! "

"Be aware this is very old apartment with crappy furniture and dirty very dirty walls. Door was completely messed up, you can tell previous guests had trouble opening the door, I contacted the host about it but they did nothing about it."

I've stayed in two suites and found that they are a bit worn down - particularly the bathrooms with crumbly floors and partially functioning equipment. Nothing major. Finally, there was no communication except for the check in and check out processes."
