An absolute nightmare!
This was the worst stay in my 50 years of traveling all over the world. You had to travel 20 minutes out of the way to get the key to a building that you could not access. Luckily someone came out of the building so I could get in. When we got to the Apartment there was not explanation that parking was accessed on the back side of the building and that the remote was used to access the garage. The biggest frustration was no explanation of how to use the guitar pick looking “key” to access the elevator and our room. It took us 26 times for it to recognize the key in the elevator. This item is just something you touch on a keypad and it has to recognize it. When we get to our room, you have to get your parking pass out of a locked keypad. Our keypad battery was low so we could not get our parking pass for the weekend and there was no staff on duty so we had to find alternative parking. The only decent thing about the stay was the staff in Florida (we were in DC) that I called about 17 times regarding all of our issues. I will never stay with a WE HOST group again. It was an absolute nightmare. Once we got into the apartment it was nice and clean and as represented in the photos, but definitely not worth the nightmare.
