This luxurious duplex only a short walk to the beach! The Black Pearl is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit that sleeps 2 people. The location doesn’t get any better with walking distance to the beach (0.2 miles), the St. Simons pier (0.6 miles) and an abundance of great restaurants, shopping and various entertainment whether you take a right or left out of the property!

The Black Pearl is a single story unit, no staircase necessary. Upon entering, you are welcomed to a beautiful, open-concept living room and kitchen with brand new retro style appliances. Make your way down the hallway to bathroom with a standing shower and the master bedroom, which boasts a king-sized bed.

Outside, to the left of the unit, is a covered dining table and a gas grill, ready for a BBQ!

Looking to sleep more than 2? The couch converts to a full sized bed OR inquire about The Blue Pearl, a completely separate and identical unit attached, that offers a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space and sleeps an additional 2 people. Both units in the duplex share the front patio with outdoor seating!

We loved our stay at the Black Pearl. It was central to so many great places. Short walk/drive to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated. The vintage inspired appliances, and modern touches made it feel very homey. Would stay here again.

We did not anticipate spending Thanksgiving near St. Simons Island, and were so, very pleased with the Black Pearl. We walked in to a very well maintained and cared for beach house. Very accommodating and the perfect location for us. We were able to relax and unwind and felt right at home. I would highly recommend the Black Pearl and we will definitely return.

The property was clean, walking distance to The Pier and custom built just for me and my spouse. We had a much needed time away and this location was perfect! The managers were very responsive and accommodating to a last minute booking and calendar snafu.

We had such a great experience staying at the Black Pearl for Labor Day weekend!! It was perfect for our little family. It is a beautiful and accommodating property as well as being extremely clean, which is hard to come by when vacationing sometimes. We also appreciated the comfy bed! It was in a great location as well. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Very happy with the accommodations - VERY clean and everything felt brand new! Short walk to the public access beaches. Could use a few more pots/pans in the kitchen and maybe a tea kettle. Bring everything you need for cooking - salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. You could also use a few more places to hang up towels.

Our family goes to St Simons every other year for vacation and so far, this has been our favorite spot! The communication was superb and the house was so clean! Perfectly decorated and designed for a beach stay! Comfortable, easy access to the beaches and walking distance to the pier. We love The Black Pearl and will be back.
