"What a great place David has! An entire house right down the street from stores, restaurants and even the Ace Hardware and Winn Dixie. The home is spotless, comfortable and has everything you could ever need in a beach rental. We favor East Beach, which is an easy ride from the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are great. David is easy to communicate with, immediately responsive and pleasant. Can't wait to return."

"The house is clean! While it’s showing a bit of rental wear (getting close to a paint refresh) the house is nice! And the location is excellent! Good places to eat right around the corner and less than a mile walk to “downtown”. We would definitely come back!"

The unit was clean and nicely put together — and while we never all gathered in the living room to watch TV or visit, it had that easy, welcoming feel that makes you think you could. The kitchen looks out onto the patio and pool, which turned out to be one of my favorite design details: you could be inside prepping lunch and still feel connected to everyone splashing around out there.The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet — no complaints from anyone on the sleep...
