There’s a lot I can say. I’ll keep it short and simple. Get to the hotel to check in, front desk clerk said my room was not paid for. It was and I showed her the confirmation, she said it did not go through. So, I paid for all three nights again! Come to find out my reservation payment did in fact go through and I was charged twice.
The air conditioning until in my room was loud when it kicked on and woke me up several times during the night. I requested a different room, manager was supposed to call me back to be moved. He NEVER DID. My restful girl trip was not to be. I didn’t sleep well the first three nights due to this. I ended up having to stay another night due to flight delays, after all this there was no offer of a room upgrade, voucher, no apology, nothing. Highly disappointed at this Renaissance Hotel.
