• Access to a shared backyard; please note that it is not fully fenced
• No dedicated off-street parking; street parking is typically available nearby

Policies and guest information
• Dogs only: A $100 nonrefundable pet fee is manually charged after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations of the dog-only policy may result in a $200 fee.
• No indoor smoking: A $250 fee applies if smoking is detected.
• Returned items: $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• Stays longer than 21 days: A $50 long-term cleaning fee is manually added.
• Standard check-in: 4:00 PM. Standard checkout: 10:00 AM.
• Approved early check-in: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and depend on housekeeping availability; $15 per hour applies before 4:00 PM.
• Approved late checkout: Requests must be made the day before departure; $20 per hour applies after 10:00 AM.
• Unapproved late checkout: $50 fee.
